Arbitrated Basic Exchange Rate of the Japanese Yen and other 55 currencies refer to the exchange rate arbitrated between the U.S. dollar rates of foreign currencies quoted in the international markets and the basic exchange rate of the Korean won against the U.S. dollar.

Arbitrated Basic Exchange Rate
Calculation	the rate is calculated based on the U.S. dollar rate of other currencies quoted recently in major international financial market and the basic exchange rate of Korean won against the U.S dollar.
